Rates:
The rates we have published are for the year they refer to. However, the prices related to the cost of fuel are likely to evolve.

Flying fee:
The flying fee is due to all who are on the platform. The maximum amount per year per pilot is capped at two weeks.
No additional charges will be requested during your stay (for your trailer, insurance…).
These flying fees are considered per glider. So it is therefore possible that several pilots using the same glider and only paying a single fee: up to 2 pilots for a single seater and 4 for a twin-seater.

Guided flights:
Organisation:
The guided flights begin in 2009 on Monday at 10 o'clock every week.
It is very important that all participants be present on that day for the first briefing.

The guided flights performance are over 5 days from Monday to Friday included. Depending on the weather, some non flyable days can be transferred to Saturday.
The perfecting guided flights  are over 5 days from Sunday to Friday, monday excluded. Depending on the weather, some non flyable days can be transferred to Saturday.

Flying guaranty
The guided flights are guaranteed for 20 hours per week for the performances training and 15 hours per week for the perfecting training.
Every day that the instructor has flown is due by the pilot. If you choose not to fly, you will only be reimbursed if you find another pilot to replace you in the “little train”.
If the weather doesn’t permit the guaranteed hours limit to be reached in the week under favourable conditions, you will be refunded in function of the amount of hours not flown, on a basis of 25 euros per hour (maximum refunded: 250 euros per week) for permormance training and 20 euros per hour (maximum 200 per week) for the perfecting training.

To make the best of the days with bad weather, lectures will be given by your instructor.


Lodgings:
The chalets are equipped with heating, refrigerator, stove and dishes. The blankets, pillows and linen (sheets, towels…) are only provided if you expressly make the request.
The chalets are rented per week.
They are available on Saturday by 4 PM.
The chalets must be freed, on the Saturday of your departure, by noon at the latest.

All accommodations are submitted to a “residing tax” of 0,20 € per night per person. This tax is given to an “Organisation of the County”.

Down payment:
A deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. It will be occur, in function of your choices, at the end of the booking process.
In case of a cancellation, this deposit will be refunded if you have warned us at least 30 days before your initial arrival date of your stay.
Cancellations of less than 30 days in advance, will only be reimbursed if another pilot takes over your reservation.

 
Closing your account:
The balance of your stay will be done at the office before your departure time.

Means of payment:
- Bank transfer : preferred for the banks in the Euro zone (please indicate your name, first name and the dates of your stay as data)
- Check: only from French banks
- Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard): through our secure payment
- Cash : obviously accepted to balance your invoice
